The Valar MBA is a truly global program designed for early career students from diverse industries and roles. Selective in admissions, the MBA is an ideal fit for digital natives looking for a more modern approach to leadership and management education. Students have 2 to 7 years work experience and are seeking an MBA to establish themselves as standout leaders in their field or organization.

These are merit-based awards recognizing exceptional academic performance and career achievement. We motivate students from a variety of industry and geographic backgrounds, including Women in Leadership, to build the highest caliber global classes.
Valar Impact Scholarship
These merit awards are given to exceptional global candidates based on their commitment to social impact initiatives, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and rising leadership potential.
Recruitment Scholarship
This scholarship is offered to students who opt in to our career service that promotes job opportunities at our employer partners. This optional service is part of our employer tuition model that reduces fees for all students.
Financial Aid Scholarship
Valar is committed to broadening access to a higher education for high potential global business leaders. These need-based awards support students in financial hardship or living in a global region with economic disadvantages. Students must submit documentation and a personal statement. Award outcomes vary based on demonstrated financial need and available funds.

Business Consultancy Capstone
Students have the opportunity to work individually or as a group in the Capstone Project.

Over the course of five months, students will meet with their client and develop a consultancy plan informed by their client’s needs. While the final format of the plan may vary depending on the client’s requirements, all consultancy plans should include an Executive Summary, Company Overview, Problem Statement, Research Overview, Theories and Frameworks Discussion, Statement of Recommendations, Strategic Action Plan, Costings Plan, and Reflective Statements (one for each team member).
After the Capstone Project is complete, students record a video presentation of their recommendations on behalf of the client to be reviewed and graded by Valar faculty.
